MMS Issue

Is anyone else having this problem? I'm using the default message app and i've found that for specific people in my contact list it will never load the message thread for them. So effectively I can only read the first x number of characters in the message preview. It only affect specific contacts and deleting the threads does nothing to resolve the issue.

Try clearing the cache on the messaging app in menu -> Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications -> All Tab. Then search for the messaging app and clear the cache out. Clearing data will clear out the messages you have but if you have a ton of them you might want to consider deleting some of the older threads to free up room.

The Gingerbread update that is rolling out this week should also have some MMS improvements as well.
