MMS on the Note 3

Is anyone else having problems sending pictures taken, downloaded, etc. via MMS on their N3? I've had this problem since Day 1, but it seemed to clear up and come back over the first few weeks. Now it's like I can't send anything at all. I've been using Hangouts as of late with the native SMS/MMS app still enabled, but pics still don't send. Or at least the show as sent from my phone, but don't get delivered to the recipient. Does anyone know what the problem may be? Have a solution?

Do you have the correct APN settings set for Verizon? I'd assume they have them but could be wrong.

Under APN, it has Verizon Internet (VZWINTERNET) checked and nothing else. Doesn't seem like I can edit it either.
