Hi

My preference is to use the Samsung Internet App on my Fold³.

I'd love to be able to view my open Internet pages on the cover using Mobile view as it's easier on the eye in regards to page size that way.

But then be able to view the page as the desktop version on the bigger inner screen as on most forum pages the desktop option has a rich option to be able to access more options etc.

I've looked and I'm sure this isn't a current option to use.

Right now I have to manually select the option.

I use Samsung internet beta available in the Galaxy app store set to desktop view on the inner screen......and the stable Samsung internet set to mobile view on the cover screen......not a perfect solution, but works for me.......

Ha! ^^This is exactly what I do. I also use Edge as a bookmark on my homescreen for the desktop version of Facebook. The FB app is so intrusive and sneaky.. The bookmark sits on my homescreen looking just like every other app I have so I havent looked back since deleting that boarderline criminal app.

Facebook app is such a resource hog and fights to work in the background all the time.

I've uninstalled the Facebook App and added the link to the site via my Url in my quick access area.

Getting rid of Facebook was the best thing I've done. No more Social Media BS, and just go and meet your friends in person.

I agree, axe the FB app and if you NEED to use FB, use web. I rarely use FB, so no need for the app, have Messenger though, but I use FB via browser.

I ditched Facebook once, ended up seeing my friends less because everyone seems to use Facebook to plan events and invite people to do things.

Speaking of Facebook, I've noticed that I lose dark mode every time I open on the large display. I have to reboot to get dark mode back on the smaller display.

Any guesses?

If you Google or search the forum there are workarounds with one meaning it isn't full screen on the inner screen.

Dark Mode works fine on my Facebook as I access it via my phone's Url browser.

Whatever happened calling friends and texting friends and do things. I'm doing those alot more since I got rid of FB.
