Mobile data icon disappeared from notifications -

The mobiel data icon has suddenly gone from my notifications panel.

I haven't changed any settings. It was there one minute gone the next.

How do i get it back with my other icons?

I cannot see how to add it back on in settings.

Don't really want to reset the phone if possible.

"Usage manager app" has a shortcut similar to the one that Samsung erased in their update. I think this app is standard on note 4

I had the same problem on my Moto G4 Plus, MarshMellow 6.0.1. I am from India.
But fortunately, it appeared when I switched off and again switched on. Please try restarting your phone. Best luck

But surely, Android needs to take care of this on an immediate basis.

Hi everyone, my data icon had completely disappeared. So I went through my phone settings and noticed I had accidently turned the flight mode switch on. But as soon as i turned the flight mode switch off, my data icon re-appeared again.

Pull down the settings screen where it has icons for wifi, flashlight, airplane mode,etc.
Press down and hold any of those icons. As you're doing that you will see your data icon in a section towards the bottom of the screen. Press and hold down the data icon and move it up to where it needs to be placed

Use "Quickpanel Restore" app from app store and then intall open it and hit the buttons you see. It works like charm and voila, you are set with mobile data icon back.

You realize that this thread is over 3 years old, and very few people will see your post, right? I'd start a new thread if I were you, but if it disappeared from the notifications bar at the top, just make sure it's enabled in Settings.

If it disappeared from the toggles when you pull the notifications down, pull them down a second time and see if it just got pushed off the top 6 icons.
