Mobile Hotspot Isn't Working

I have an LG V20 on Verizon and I'm on the new Verizon Unlimited plan and I get an error message even time i try to use mobile hotspot. Im not sure what's going on. I need help. Thanks

That could something on the carrier end. I would give Verizon a call.

My issue has been resolved. Verizon said that it was a widespread issue.
