Mobile Hotspot Questions/ And 4g in the Cleveland Area?

Ok. So I am really wanting to acquire the the mobile hotspot feature when it's available but 1.) I haven't a clue on the price. I went up to my local Verizon store today and they said they have no idea when a price will be announced, and how much data it includes. Annnnnd why do you get paid? 2.) Not only that but they are clueless when my city will receive 4g. I live 25 minutes outside Cleveland in Elyria. Does anyone have an idea how to find out for sure when a city will receive the coverage? I'm sure you guys will be much more help then these guys at my local store lol.

I was in a store today and.apparently the reason its free is corporate has mad any pricing points yet per the rep. Cleveland, Akron areas are currently 4g. I am not sure what exit you are on the turnpike, but I do know around mile mark 140 is when 4g picks up.
As far as dates for exact areas I have no idea and I don't think they tell in case something delays launch.
