Mobile I'd has stopped on Samsung Galaxy j-3 it doesn't give me the option to uninstall the app it's disable or force stop

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Apps, tap Menu>Show System, and select the Mobile ID app. Then tap Storage and see if clearing the cache and/or data help.

BTW, if your username is a phone number, that should be changed out of concern for your privacy (or the privacy of whomever the number belongs to).
