Mobile Network APN

Hi to all..After hard reset of my Sprint LG V40 thinq my mobile network apn settings are greyed and the 3 dot don't show any more and now can't imput any apn setting and not have data network connection..any help be appreciated

Can try pulling your sim out then back in , if that dont work try resetting network in phone settings.

Hi.. thanks for reply, I try all of this pull the sim card and back in and reset the network and nothing work only work wi fi network no cellular network

Yes I try that. Nothing happend, Im looking for lg v405 sprint firmware but no find it.

This all happened just from doing factory reset ?

Yes after hard reset because I forgot the pin for login..

Yes the sim card is working fine on samsung s6 edge with no problem

Ok good so we can rule that out .
The only thing I can say is factory reset once more or try finding your firmware and flash it again.

Thanks for your help, I all ready made factory reset 2 more time but is same.

See maybe you can reflash the firmware, otherwise you need to take it in for repair.
