Last night when I had my 4G LTE turned off, my Mobile Network Type showed 1xRTT:6. Usually it says eHRPD:13 when the 4G LTE is turned off. When the 4G LTE is turned on and it can grab a 4G signal, it says LTE:14.

What is this 1xRTT:6? Does that mean I had no data signal at all and only voice signal?

You can still get data but think like this its dial up speeds. Uber slow.

I wonder why I switched to it? I was sitting in my home not even moving around. Maybe they were doing maintenance on the tower and had to turn off the 4G and 3G?

I have been having problems for the last two days with my phone doing that. Heck for the last two days I have been fighting where my phone has no signal and I have to reboot for it to come back up. All I get is no network found.

That could be it or maybe atomosperic issues like solar flares.
