Nope, just the current implementation doesn't support those formats. 99% of people who use it won't care. As long as their Pandora/slacker/intune/insert other audio app and their MP3's work, they couldn't care less about other formats they will likely never use. For those who do care, they simply need to flash the JIT only buildprop. The vast majority of people will use the deluxe. This is why we made multiple versions available, choices

I see, are there any other formats that have been removed? I too have no need to watch a movie on a 3.nothing" screen

I have just flash it with the "Deluxe" version. However, I'm a noob here and if someone could explain to me what is stagefright and jit, I would totally appreciate

I have used the deluxe version because it seems to be the one advised and I have a MFLOPS of 6.365 in Linpack (I had a 7. something earlier) but can't tell how much it was before flashing.

Still, It seems to run faster now so thanks a lot guy for all your work !

I just tested the Deluxe build prop on my Optimus One and it had the expected effect, quadrant score of 976, and linpack score of 8.08.

I'm totally new to these rooting, flashing and system dump topics. I've tried so many times, but my Optimus LGP509TN ain't even let me choose anything from recovery screen. It just automatically does anything. I turned it off as first post, then held down Vol Down + Home + Power. Recovery screen did show up, but it just totally automatically did everything without options. Can anyone help me on this step please?

What software version is reported by your phone after the build.prop was changed?

so im using the optimus x rom, 10c kernel and flashed the deluxe, my quadrant score went from 512 to 1152, rock on right? well, after about 15 minutes my battery dropped 3% and when i go into setcpu its always at 768 and never drops back down to the minimum speed. i thought maybe something was using my cpu, so i did a wipe and flashed void, then the deluxe, same issue, then tried just stagefright and hw...same issue, so another wipe another flash, this time joemomrom (i have an optimus t) and just flashed the jit, that worked fine, but it didnt improve my quadrant score. Is anyone else having this issue?

I'm currently running the Megatron-v1 Rom and pulled a 1209 on Quadrant and on Linpack I got 8.949-MFLOPS @ 9.37-seconds.

Flashed the deluxe, and it made my phone pretty snappy. But it didn't take me long to realize that it was beer-bonging the battery like a frat boy with alcoholism in the family. Even with it charging and all my apps killed it was still slowly dying. Flashed back to stock and she startin to fill with juice again. Mmmmm I love my juice.

OK, been tinkering with a 509 all night, and this is what I have see going on with batt life vs OC. Running SetCPU, you need to set up profiles, as ondemand scaling doesnt seem to work. I have been simply running on performance setting with a 'screen off' profile and a 'battery' profile to scale the CPU down at certain times for power savings.

PS, JoeMomRom + Deluxe give me 844Mhz stable and a Linpack of 9.278 and a Quadrant of 1208.
