XDA member CrushD has modified the TW 3.0 launcher. It is based off of the TWGTG launcher with a couple mods, he has given the ability to put the homepage app icon in the center of the dock and allowed 5 dock icons he also modified the app tray to 5x4 which allows less pages. He also included a couple TW apps modified. It is in my opinion way better than stock and an upgrade over the TWGTG launcher. Check it out for yourself.

If you plan to install then just make a back up of your TW launcher and over write the original with the modofied version. Enjoy.
