About 2 weeks ago I got a notification that I could no longer charge my phone due to moisture in the charging port.

I've seen this before so I figured something must have gotten into it.

But its been 2 weeks now and it hasn't gone away.

Thankfully I have a wireless charging pad that has saved me from going to the store about this.

Anyone have any solutions to this?

Re: Moisture detector in charging port won't turn off.

Hi, welcome to AC!

Yeah love phones with multiple ways to charge.

This is ongoing issue we see through s9 to current version of Samsung , many threads here on it .

Can try :
Cleaning charger port with compressed air

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Does it seem plausible that moisture did in fact get into the port? Did the phone get wet outright, or do you often leave it in the bathroom while taking a shower, for example? In winter months, moisture is more likely to condense due to the cold weather.
