I just wish it had a little more front lip protection like the Defender. It has pass through fast charging which is nice and their wireless car charger looks good.

I'd been waiting for this and now that it's here I'm feeling disappointed that it doesn't appear to have much protection. I agree that it should be more like the Defender. Plus at $100 I think I'll just hold of a bit. I also want to see some reviews.

The one that I used for my GS6 and GS7 was a slim one by Samsung with a built-in micro USB cable.

The Gorilla Gadgets wireless portable power bank can be used with both micro USB and USB-C devices as well as wireless charging. I used it to wirelessly charge my GS8 during a movie with no issues. Fully charged, it has enough to charge my GS8 and my wife's GS7 with plenty to spare. Even though it is not a fast charger, it has no cables to carry around.

Looks like good protection. For $100, I'll stick with my Defender and Gorilla Gadgets portable wireless charger. Both together are slightly less expensive.

I got disappointed that they made a lot of fuss and didn't informed that is out for a preorder. I was thinking of buying one of the chinese for 40$ and decided on waiting the Mophie. You can't imagine my dissapointment after all the articles about Mophie being released and see the Coming Soon on my screen

Yes please let us know. I'd like one, but only if it offers great protection. At $100 I'm not willing to buy before knowing it's exactly what I want. I'm looking for reviews but so far there's nothing.

Is it very bulky? Is there any kind of front lip protection?

it adds bulk to phone but less bulk then my Samsung charging case I had for 7 edge. there is front lip for protection on top and bottom not much for sides. has a good feel holding phone but will show fingerprint smudges on back because it has a brush like finish

100??? I got my defender for I think $38. But I can understand d those that want to spend that. The phones over $800

Well, and it's Mophie. They seem to be able to charge whatever they want.... no pun intended lol.

I just tried that Mophie battery pack for the S8 plus at Verizon. I walked out without it. It add's a lot of bulk to the phone. If you don't like bulk added to your phone, you will not like this. I've had Mophie on the note 5, wasn't that bad, but the bulk is bad on the S8 plus. You would be better to just carry a power bank.

If you use the FPS, there is a pretty good reach to touch it. Curious if it will effect the camera.
