More recent firmware

my phone is bricked, and I need to flash stock firmware through Odin to fix it (I think)

I cannot do this because it won't let me downgrade to 4.2.2 because I was on 4.3 or 4.4.2.

I can't find this firmware... what should I do?

Have you tried looking on Sammobile or samsung updates .com?
