Most simple ROM that enables mobile hotspot?

I remember the Jedi ROM I had made the mobile hotspot work but I'm wondering if there's a simpler one available because that's really the only feature I want.

The apps aren't working because tmobile makes me login and I have the prepaid $30 plan so there's no hotspot included.

Got it to work with Jedi X 13 at XDA. LTE won't show up in the icon but it's LTE through tests.

Also has the Jedi tools that lets you set up pretty minimal homescreens.
