What do you guys use? I can't seem to load a full page of gifs with neither firefox or the default browser without it crashing or lagging really badly :(

I'm curious if adjusting flags in Chrome to increase memory usage of the app would help but without a link to the site in question it's hard to say.

The thing with pages full of gifs is if there are tons of animated gifs on the page things will bog down real quick on any android device. Without pointing everyone to the same page all one is going to get is the kind of subjective "my favorite browser works great for me!" responses that we are seeing here already. It's kind of pointless for the OP to be installing random recommendations until people can evaluate if what he/she is trying to do against their own favorite workflows.

I just went to the forum in question and adjusted to have 10 posts per page hopefully that fixes it.

Are you using an ad blocker? I've found they break a lot of compatibility in chrome for me, stock works when it doesn't but it does work when ad blocking is disabled.

The built-in browser does very well, and is quite light. There are only a few pages it can't handle. However, when it comes to RSS it forwards to GoogleReader which is ... discontinued. So no way to read RSS with this one.
