Moto E Fade In Ring Tones--How do I make them NOT fade in?

I have a Moto E running Android 4.4.4 on Straight Talk. I haven't been able to find a way to make the ringtones audible until the 4th or 5th ring since they fade in. Is there a fix for this? It's causing a real problem with missing calls and such.
