Moto E6: Green box around everything?

I don't know what happened, except that all of a sudden I've got a green box around everything. I can't get to Settings or anything else. I've tried restarting; turning off & waiting a while, then starting again. Nothing works. Help?

Looks like an accessibility feature has been enabled. What's blocking you from getting into settings?
