Moto G 1st Gen boost

I live In a place where I receive really good 3g but no internet is available. We now have unlimited 3g no restrictions... But need a way to broadcast to a television. The hotspot feature they offer is still not unlimited though they want to still charge for limited amounts while using hotspot with boost. We have a Google chrome.. And we're able to make a mirror connection via the guest network built into the chrome. But... Because phone was to connectes to guest network on phone mobile data was automatically disabled (even though it still showed connected) so I was able to mirror phone but not surft web... Phone is not MHL capable... Looking to utilize netbon phone to TV... OK with mirroring... Thanks
