So I received the new lollipop update ota and I'm noticing issues with receiving MMS. It just says downloading and slows the performance of my device. Will a factory reset fix this problem? Will I lose lollipop if I factory reset? I'm loving the update otherwise. Also I'm using Google messenger as my default SMS. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
