Moto G 3G data hangs whenever I travel more than a block.

I have ATT. When I drive across town, my 3G data won't work unless I cycle the 3G or the phone power. This won't be useful on road trips. My last 3G phone had no problems with this

Any ideas why?

My Moto G does the same thing, not always but often enough to be annoying.

I'm in the UK on Three.

Anyone got any ideas?
