Moto G 3RD GEN Speaker problem, help.

Hello , My name is Sandro , and I have a problem with my MotoG 3rd Gen.

I bought it last month, and he with two weeks of use, malfunctioned on display and had to be sent to technical assistance for three weeks , he returned for seven days , and three days ago he had a problem in speakers , they do not work only for connections . I can not hear audio from whatsapp , music or games. only with headphones.
I wonder some solution , because I can not be without cell phone, use it for work.

Being a new phone I would try getting a replacement since it's still under warranty. It's not normal having so many problems in the first month. Can you do that easily? Did you buy it from a "operadora" or unlocked?

No .. Unfortunately I can not change , the time to give in Brazil is 7 days after purchase; (

I believe it is a software problem ..

I bought it unlocked, and I wonder if is to do my audio work again

That 7 days period applies if you return the phone to the shop you bought it. You need to take it to an official Motorola service, or contact them through chat or email after that.

I'm not sure if that's a software problem. You can always try wiping the cache partition and see if it helps.

just shaked the phone to switch on and off the torch, and now its working.

I Shaked my phone that switched on flash light. Then Shaked to switch the light off. Repeated the processor for 5 times.

Worked for me, smacked it a few times from different sides and it started working. Keep audio playing in background to hear when it starts working. Thanks
