Subject says it all folks! The girlfriend currently has an HTC One X and it needs to be replaced soon. We are thinking about the Moto G or X. I say the X but I want the better phone personally but I'm smart enough to know the phone is not for me. So anyways would the Moto G 4G LTE be worth its price when she already has a working One X?

Specs seem to be about the same minus the screens and space on the phone. Anyways let me know what you guys think.
Thanks!
CJ

Now I see! Its coming out in June. However I guess that was the phone I was talking about. Is it still a worthy upgrade comparing it to the HTC One X? Looks to be the same as this phone just with LTE.

Way better you get faster updates (KitKat 4.4.2) and newer, a beautiful screen, all day battery, SD card slot, stock android, cool boot animations every month, and a lot of other things!! Why wouldn't you get it!?!?

That is the type of feedback I was looking for! If anyone else wants to reply feel free! Thanks for the opinion! Very helpful. :)

/bump!

No other opinions? :P

The Moto G 4G LTE is announced and you can buy it off the Moto Web site now for $219. However they aren't shipping the phones until June 10th-13th when you order one. The reviews I have heard on this site podcast was the Moto G 4G LTE is the best phone for the money that almost into the mid range levels. Just click on this site and hit the drop down tap on model and select G 4G LTE

Moto G by Motorola - A Google Company

I am thinking of getting one for my wife. I have a big problem with it only having 8GB internal storage since with 4.4.2 Kit Kat you can't store Apps on the SD card anymore. I just have a hard time understanding why this new LTE version didn't also have a 16GB option.

I thought Apps could run from the SD card again?

You may find the camera sub-par compared to the One X.

That is something that I considered but with it's price point its easy to look past it. Plus if I spent a lot of money on a phone for her she would kill me! For me I'd want something with a little more balls to it if you will. :)

But its a great thing to point out and thank you!
