Moto G MMS not working.

Moto g is an overall great phone but I have been having a problem with it. I cannot send pictures/video or open the attachment if someone sends me a multimedia message. I've tried changing to different messaging apps but it hasn't fixed the problem. I'm running Kit Kat 4.4.2 and Hangouts as my text messaging app. Anyone else have this problem. Help?

Just a thought...is the multimedia message coming from an iPhone? As I recall, there's a problem there (iPhone to Android MMS) based on how the iPhone is set up.

From both. I haven't been able to receive multimedia messages from both iPhones and android devices.

Hmm. Only one of my contacts regularly sends MMS from his iPhone, and he hasn't done so since I got the Moto G. Two he sent before I got it, that were brought over from the D4 by Motorola Migrate, look fine from here.
