Moto G Power 2022 hard reset does not allow past pin when forgotten

I need to get past pin on Moto G Power I don't have the pin or Google account for

Welcome to the forums. Unfortunately you are out of luck. Those are very important security measures to protect your data and your phone, without them you have basically a paperweight in your hands. Sorry.

Welcome to Android Central! You don't even have the Google account? So you mean this isn't your phone? Did you buy this phone used from someone else?

If this is a used phone purchased from someone else, then you'll need to contact the seller to get the Google account credentials from him or her.

Factory reset protection, every android has this feature built into it as theft protection. That is unfortunate that this happened. Seems crazy that whoever sold it left their account logged in...
