I am not able to make any call. message " Phone Keeps stopping x close app" keeps on popping up. restart several times no luck.

Welcome to the forums. Try this. Go to settings - apps - show system - scroll down and select the 'Phone' app - storage - clear data - restart the phone. If no go see if the problem persists after booting into safe mode.
