Do you already have the phone or are you trying to add it to the cart in Moto Maker? When ordering mine after placing the phone in my cart it was an option under the phone, clicked the link, pretty easy. If you already have the phone I was able to find some information before ordering with a simple search, Motorola's website has a FAQ section explaining the process.
