Ordered my phone on 11th October, received a notification from Motorola on the 13th that it was on its way and 3 days later FedEx knocked on my door and made me happy. The phone is an absolute masterpiece when it comes to looks in my opinion.

Hope all turns out well for the ones who have to wait a bit longer. Its worth it!

Ordered 10/2 with an estimated delivery of 10/24. Just got a FedEx delivery notice for a 10/20 delivery. Looked into it further and the weight of the package is listed as 6 lbs. Huh?

Turns out this is an order I placed on my Amazon Prime account. I don't recall Amazon ever using FedEx.

Got my shipping details yesterday .It will be at my house on Monday.I got notifications from both Fedex Manager and Motorola .The Fedex notification was first,but fiqure I would mention the Motorola notification one to.

When I posted last I had only received the notification from FedEx, but I did receive an email from Motorola a short time later that did give me the tracking information. I'm working from home today to be home when FedEx arrives today.

Again, I ordered on Friday, 10/3 a Pure Edition, 32B, Black front, Purple back and Gold accent (Viking's colors)... it arrived in town late last night, and should be at my door sometime before 8pm today... really I'm hoping for something around noon or early afternoon.

I also got an email from Motorola this afternoon congratulating me on my new moto x. Two hours later I have FedEx email that they picked up my phone! Looked up motomaker to see and it still says not shipped, est 10/28.

I finally got mine today. Ordered on 9/30 Vzw, 32GB black front, royal blue back with lime accents and engraving.

I must say that I love the look, feel, and performance of this phone in the 2 hours I've been setting it up. I've really bashed moto and this phone BC of the delays and poor customer service but I have to recant and admit that the Moto X has wowed me. I had previously been ranting that I would return it immediately and wait to buy the Droid Turbo, but I am not so sure about that now that i an holding this phone and things are falling into place.

I also chatted with a Moto rep online today to ask about getting credited since they dropped the price of my verizon Moto X by $50.00 just today on the Motorola website. She was very friendly, explained I would have to return my phone and order a new one since it's a Verizon discount on Motos website. She offered to send me $50.00 in coupons toward an accessory and then had a supervisor call me to apologize for the delays and price drop.

This is the first helpful service I've gotten from Moto in weeks and I just might say they have redeemed themselves in my book.

I know, I'm quite shocked at myself. Although, my wife gave me some straight talk tonight and said "You know you won't be happy with the X after the Turbo is available." She is right and she also told me I cannot keep the X and then use her upgrade for the Turbo because she wants a Turbo too. LOL

Well make sure you give us a review of the turbo then. I'm going to be keeping my X for now because I dont want to lose the $200 gift card (wont come for 3 billing cucles) and pay $199 or $299 for the turbo. But I may decide in a few months to make the switch and just buy/sell on swappa.

I have returned the Moto X. The Droid Turbo will replace it and better suit my needs. The coupon codes are not combinable and I'm not returning this phone then waiting for another month to get the exact same phone...and my $50 back. Moto is so backwards at some customer service policies. Droid Turbo here I come.

Ordered my Pure edition/Ebony back/black front on the 7th of Oct and just got a notification that it will be here on the 21st. Coming out of Fort Worth. I wonder if mine has been assembled in FTW rather then the contracted Chinese manufacture based on the shipping origin?

Mine was shipped from Fort Worth but made in China

When you get yours... The side of the shrink wrapped box will tell you its location of assembly.

The whole MADE IN USA claim was an illusion anyway as they were just assembling Chinese parts in a US factory. Now it's ALL happening overseas for many of these phones.

Well to be fair, the 2013 box never said Made in USA. The box read, "...Designed and Assembled in the USA."

Ordered on VZW promo yesterday (10/19) & scheduled for delivery 10/30: 32 GB/Leather Cognac/Black/Metallic Dark Gray. Appears they've tightened up the delivery times some.

Figure I should have it right around the Turbo announcement time and will 14 days from them to decide if it's a keeper.

You're right, but I was referring to the Moto Maker website... Which as recently as last week was still touting it as made in the USA.
