Moto X: Does this accessory exist? Button to activate Voice to Text

Hello everyone,

Thinking of the voice capabilities the Moto has, there is a use case I am interested in: driving with the phone mounted on my vent, listening to music through my car aux port. A text comes in, and I briefly glance at it. I have a button clipped onto my steering wheel that I press, the music turns off, and voice-to-text is activated. I say what will be in the text, press the button again, the message sends and the music resumes. Is there an accessory that will allow me to do this? I know I'll have to do some playing around with Tasker, but that's fine and I've been wanting to explore that app anyway.

My guess would be something like this setup:

Either these cables from SOL Republic: Replacement Cables | SOL REPUBLIC or Cleartalk Cables | SOL REPUBLIC

Connected to this cable from Monoprice: 6inch 3.5mm Stereo Plug/Two 3.5mm Stereo Jack Cable - Monoprice.com

Moto X > SOL Republic > Monoprice > AUX IN

I believe the button on the SOL Republic cables can be set up to activate Touchless Control. The mic would be on the SOL Republic cable though.

On the other hand, when the new text comes in, I'd just say "OK Google Now, Read Notifications (or What's Up?)" to hear the message. Then "OK Google Now, text <contact>" to reply.

Yes.

Look at the Motorola roadster 2. I have been using one for a while. Reads incoming texts, while pausing music. Then you can reply too. You can initiate a text or call by pressing one button on the roadster.
