Just FYI to all, I am on a Gophone $60. $35 gets me 500 mins talk and unlimited text and data. I may try it when my 30 days is up 2/22/14. Will post if/when I do this.

Mods please delete thread!!

Re: Moto X Tmobile (unlocked) shows as basic phone by at&t systems.

Just FYI to all, I am on a Gophone $60 plan and at&t is seeing my T-Mobile X as a basic phone and not a smart phone, allowing me to change to a cheaper basic price plan. $35 gets me 500 mins talk and unlimited text and data. I may try it when my 30 days is up 2/22/14. Will post if/when I do this. Probably won't get LTE but saving will be worth it.

Yea really....I'd prob jump on the plan if that works.

... huh.

I have to imagine they'll be fixing that IMEI database soon.

Meanwhile, sun's shining, make hay!

Yeah, noticed this on my account too. I like LTE too much to lose it though.

How can you tell how many minutes you use? I would like to try this too since I'm using GoPhone and,as much as I love LTE, Im on wifi most of the time

Probably won't get LTE but doesn't matter to me for that price. Can't switch until 2/22 because I will lose my $60 for this month if I make a change mid-cycle. I think I may do it just to see what will happen, will report back for sure.
