Moto X - Texting date and time

When I text it always shows date and time of text received. Now today all of a sudden it's only showing the time. Now the texts are out of order. Has this happened to anyone else and is there a way to get date back also?

What carrier are you on? I am Sprint and never had date and time; at least not that I recall.

I am on Sprint, using handcent. My date and time are showing correctly.

I am on AT&T and it shows the time only if the text was sent or received that day, otherwise it shows the date only if they were from another day.

I'm on verizon....it's always shown the time, it's when it's the next day is when it shows a date
