Moto x4 flashes white "AndroidOne" screen won't turn on

Phone will charge. Currently has power. I've tried turning it off, allowing full charge, allowing to run out of charge. When I try to turn it on the white androidone screen flashes. I have tried to do a hard start with volume down and power. Still no change.

Welcome to Android Central! Does anything happen if you press and hold Power for about 20 seconds? If not, I'd suspect the battery or some other hardware component might have failed. Is the phone still under warranty?
