Moto Z4 Video Lagging While Recording and Playback. Any Idea how to resolve that ?

Make sure the camera and gallery is up to date if so try clearing their cache then force stop it , if still happening then clear Data of those apps and force stop it and see if that helps.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saving videos directly to an SD card, or to Internal Storage? SD cards can be fairly slow for read/write. If this is the case, then try recording directly to Internal Storage.
