Motocast frustrations

When MOTOCAST works, it's fantastic, but I constantly have problems with it. In general I can get it to work and then I stream music, videos, etc fine. But, after a while it always stops working. I can browse everything on my PC but when I try to play a song or video I get an error telling me either my phone or PC is disconnected. There is no problem with my data connecton on the phone. Likewise my PC is up and connected to the internet. My PC never hibernates or goes into a sleep mode. I always have to play with things at home to get it working (temporarily) again. Sometimes all I have to do is connect the phone to the PC via USB. Other times I have to reboot the phone and/or stop and restart the MOTOCAST app. I also have a TON of force closes with the Music application. Reboots sometimes don't even solve this. Earlier today I tried running the music app over a dozen times without any success. After a 3rd reboot it finally started working after about 3-4 attempts.

Does anyone else have similar problems? I don't think it's a firewall issue or I would suspect it would just never work. Any thoughts?

I sometimes get the forceclose issue but its always streamed perfectly for me.

I see the force closing from time to time, and it told me the computer was offline when it wasn't once. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I imagine Motorola is working on updates for MotoCast.
