Motorola has the worst customer and after sale service

I have not seen such a pathetic service. I submitted my moto x style on 4 jan due to a faulty display. It has been more than 70 days and still my phone is not repaired. They are saying that the part isn't available. I don't know what to do. I just want my phone back.

Are there any cosumer-protection laws that you could leverage? You could call them (provided you have another phone) and escalate to a manager.

2 of my Moto X Style are with Motorola/Lenovo for last 2 months, for change of cracked display. They have just been promising a date, postponing it, promising a new date. No commitments, no promises kept till date. Completely useless and pathetic after sales service and support (At least in India).

This was my last phone of Moto, with this experience, I am neither buying nor recommending Moto to anyone ever.
