I have been trying for days to get my URL address back and my phone is saying no browser history. I don't know what or how this happened. I can't get into certain sites. It's very aggravating. None of the tips they give me help

Let's see if we can get you some help. First your question is kind of confusing, to me at least. What exactly is your URL address that you are talking about? It's easy to delete you browser history or bookmarks, but that should not prevent you from reaching any website. Can you tell us which web sites you can't access? You mentioned that "they" tried to help, was that your provider? What exactly did they tell you?
