Motorola Moto G4 (Amazon/Verizon Version) Volume Issues

I purchased the Moto G4 32 gig Amazon/Verizon Version and been really happy with the performance and build of the phone. But recently I have had issues where the volume will be at Max or Off for the alarm, ringer, etc. This is occurring at all times of the day without me making any volume adjustments. (Note: It doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or data)

Has anyone else had these or similar problem?
