how do I use a file manager
Follow the very detailed steps (with pictures) in post #19.how do I use a file manager
The name of the app on my phone is 'My files', but if for some reason your phone does not have a built-in file manager you can download one from the Google Play Store. I also use ES File Explorer http://market.android.com/details?id=com.estrongs.android.pop but it may not be the most intuitive file manager out there.I do not have "file manager".
Once you select a picture in the Gallery appWhen I click on gallery, there is no "move" option at all, even when I select all pics.
True - the Storage view is really only intended to show you how much space is used by various parts of the OS and data. When i go in under storage, there is no option to save future pics to ext sd or move existing pics.
When you're in the Camera app press the Gear icon and it'll show a list of the available Settings - scroll down near the bottom and you should see the Storage optionWhen I go into camera, there is no setting even labeled storage or anything close to it.
Please help. I bought and installed my wife's sd card after she had activated her phone. I am now looking for a way to transfer her pics which are currently stored on the internal memory of the phone to the sd card. I have searched several sources and I can't seem to find an easy way to do it from the phone. Any ideas or help will be appreciated.
