Moving files on LGG4

Can anyone help me, I'm trying to move files on the LGg4 from the download video folder.. Can't seem to do it.. I can't find and option except share.? I would like to move it to the SD card to its own or the camera pictures file.. Eventually move it to a thumb drive through otg cable rather than use of a computer.. I can with the pictures (and video on the camera file) shoot them right over otg to thumb drive. I want to delete the video file in the smart clean function while not loosing the files...?

What are you using to try to move the file? Is it a file manager app? If the phone doesn't come with a file manager app, install one from Google Play, like Total Commander.

You can also connect the phone to your computer via USB and use Windows Explorer to drag and drop the file.
