Could someone help me?

Welcome to AC!!

Do you have a gmail account you can sync your contacts to?

In general, what you need to do is to find the option to export your contacts to a file that can then be imported into your Google account. I'm not familiar with Windows Phone, but check your Contacts app and see if there is an option to export your contacts. If so, ideally you should export them into a .csv file. You could then move that file to a computer, go to Google Contacts on any web browser, and then import that .csv file into your contacts.

If you sync your Windows Phone contacts with Outlook, it may be easier to export the contacts from Outlook.

Check your Microsoft account, maybe it's linked to a Hotmail, Outlook or Skype account, I recommend the next steps:

  • Enter to www.outlook.com
  • Use the login and password that you use in your Windows Phone
  • Next to Outlook logo click on the down arrow and select People.
  • Click in Manage option and next Export
  • A file called WLMContact.csv will download to your hard drive
  • If you have a Gmail account enter to this site https://contacts.google.com
  • Click on More Option and then click on Import
  • Select the file WLMContact.csv file and the click on Import

That should be enough, I recommend that after import your contacts have a little bit clean up and merge duplicate contacts.

Tell me if it work.

Regards!
