Moving Pandora to the SD card breaks the widget

I decided to see which apps I could move to the SD card to free up some space for the ones you can not move and while most if not all seem to work fine when I moved Pandora to the sd card the widget that was already on one of my home screens gave me an error so I removed it and tried to put it back but it was not even in the list of available widgets. Uninstalling Pandora and reinstalling it fixed the problem but if I tried to move it back to the sd card it would again break the widget had to uninstall it again to get it working.

Pandora seems to run fine from the SD card if you start it from the launcher menu.

Just a heads up in case anyone else has the same problem.

Any app on the SD card will not allow a widget to work.

its pretty simple... if you have an app w/ a widget or a widget download, don't move it to sd!

Yes if your phone support App2ext or similar you can move apps to the ext partition portion of the sd card
and widgets will work.
Plus moving app to sd froyo style will not free up much space as all data associated with the app still reside in the phone.

Happens on Gingerbread too BTW. I just tried it.
