multi touch is being stupid

hello i liked to start off by asking how do i disable multi touch im currently running quatramus aokp rom 4.0.4 and i seemed to have a problem tryed flashing another rom and still has the same issue with when i touch something multi touch kicks in and hits something else and it pisses me off i figured it out by activating the pointer in dev tools on my phone and low and behold another touch appears no where near my finger so im asking if there is a zip or apk i can download to deactivate multi touch and id hate to use log cat or control panel any help will be much appreciated even a simple hello lol

Questions: Does the original thing your touching still activate? Meaning...let's say you go to hit an "okay" button, and you see the touch point appear in a different spot, does it still acknoledge you tapped the "okay" button as well? So, it's truly "multi touch" and not just your touch not registering in the right place?

Have you dropped your phone recently, or has it suffered any other kind of trauma (water damage, etc...)?

Yea itbeen threw hell and back and it isregistering where I hitg but at
the.same time anothdo appears sow its truly multi touch its making it a pain to txt withs

I don't think there is anything you can do here. Sounds like it's time for a new device.

that sucks but i tries amphetamines for it and it still wont work right so i guess your right ive had this phone for about two years and flashed over hundreds of roms on it and its been a champ threw the whole thing sucks to think its time to retire it, ive had anywhere from froyo to running pure jellybean so its a hell of a phone thanks man for the help but if you would excuse me ive got a pyre to plan lol

You can always try to replace the digitizer. They are under $20 on ebay.

These phones have multi touch? I never knew that, thought it was to cheap to have multitouch, it hasn't worked well at all on either of my phones.
