multi window toggle frustration

Hi. My gf is running with the note 4 and in the last few week or so her phone will randomly turn on her multi-window. She normally keeps it off because she doesn't really use it and the she always accidentally drag out the side menu for it. Is there any fix for it?

In settings scroll down to multi window. Turn all settings off. (you may have to turn the main button on to deselect lower buttons first)

I did that and gave it couple of days. The problem still persists..
