multiple camera related apps --> can't connect to the camera?

yesterday, i was using several apps which uses the camera, while switching back and forth, i will get "can't connect to the camera" error.

i had to restart the tablet several times! i just restarted again today.

i wonder if multitasking is the reason to cause this problem.

It may be that one app that is using the camera might commandeer it temporarily while it is active, preventing other apps from using it. It may be similar to the situation where the video camera might not have access to the mic if you have Google Now actively listening on all screens. Try going to Settings>Apps, select the app that you just exited, and force stop it. You might also try tapping the Recent Apps button and swiping the app away, because that may also clear it from the background.
