music and video problem

I am trying to put one or two movies on my device from iTunes, and when I drag them onto my internal memory, they transfer, but when I try to play them on my captivate, it doesn't work because the movie is a secure video or something... I've had this problem with my music- some of the files don't even show up in my music player because they're secure, and they won't play when I try to access them from My Files. I'm thinking doubleTwist or iSyncr will work, but is there another, free alternative to watch my movies on my cappy?
