Music app volume keeps goin down for the last 2 days

[AC Question]

So i have a LG Aristo and and ive had this phone for almost a month and my volume keeps goin down when i listen to iheart radio and netflix my old phone(same kind) didnt start to do this till the screen was cracked its really making me mad dont know what to do please help b4 i brake my phone!!

Welcome to Android Central! Does this only happen when you have headphones plugged in?

It's also possible the Vol Down button is faulty and stuck in a pressed state.
