Music Keeps Vanishing

Launched built in music app (not Google Music) and displays an error that I have no music loaded (despite there being more than 10GB of music on my SD card. Launch a file explorer and confirmed my SD card was still mounted and I could browse my music directory.

Reboot.

Music returns

4 hours later, same thing - music gone. Again confirm with file exploer. Reboot

Music returns.


Anyone have any ideas?

Is your phone stock? Rooted/rom'd?

Completely stock. No root at all.

Personally I would do a factory reset and if the problem continued, I'd exchange the phone.
