I can't get ANY music players to work...Google Music says Playback Error, Pandora plays one song if I'm lucky and then just spins, Cloudaround can't validate my credentials for Box cloud and Tunein Radio does nothing. I live in downtown Denver and while I know Sprint doesn't have the greatest service, this is ridiculous. Is it Sprint or the phone? I guess the workaround would be to put music on phone rather than stream but I shouldn't have to do that. Any advice?

That sounds like a data connection issue. Put some music on the device and if it plays, you know it's the data and not the device.

You could also try cacheing a song from Google play music. Just choose an album or song to 'keep on device'. Our service here in Utah is ok but I cache playlists from Google music to turn on when my data is being crappy or if I'm driving. Another way to know for sure is to play music when you're on WiFi and see if it works ok. If it does then cache some music while you're on WiFi and that way you'll have it where ever you are.
I use Google music exclusively so I know for sure it works great on these phones 😀

I just had an issue with the Music app so I went into the system app settings and cleared data and cache. You'll have to sign back in but that cleared it up for me.

I tried all above and determined that it's not the phone and Sprint's terrible network in Denver is to blame. Very frustrating that I have this awesome phone with throttled functionality due to network limitations :-( I can only hope that the guy at the Sprint wasn't lying when he said they were in the process of upgrading towers, etc...I have yet to even experience 4G much less LTE.

I feel your pain Stephanie. We just got a few sites turned on in Utah in the last week, so that's why I've had to cache on WiFi because the network was pretty unusable on 3g. You should follow this site http://www.s4gru.com/index.php?/top...r/Colo-Springs/Fort-Collins/Pueblo/Grand-Jct)
Network Vision/LTE - Colorado Market (Denver/Colo Springs/Fort Collins/Pueblo/Grand Jct) they will let you know exactly what is going on with Sprint in your neck of the woods. Its really neat.

My music issue is different. I'm trying to create a playlist so I chose select all to put all my music (so far) on one list and it tells me the maximum number of songs has been reached. There are NO songs on this playlist? Also, how do I get rid of the stock playlists?
