I'm assuming that the 6p has a great music player and video player? What about an ir blaster.

Music player is just Play Music. Not sure about video (at least, on the 5x)

When you say play music, do you mean I won't be able to download my iTunes music and use rocket player as my music player?

The default app is Play music, you will still be able to install any music player you want and use that.

download Play Music manager on the computer that your iTunes music is on. When you are installing the music manager, tell it to upload your iTunes music. After it's done (may take a while depending on how much music you have), all your iTunes music will be in the cloud available to listen to via the Play Music app on your phone. It's a nice feature to have and free ;) and you can save the music you want onto the phone via Play Music so you can listen to it offline if needed.

Play Music manager is great. I buy tracks from iTunes every now and then, download it, and in seconds its in my google play library. I give it a thumbs up for sure.

No IR blaster, 98% of people don't give a rip about IR blasters on phones.

I don't care for the Play Music player at all; I much prefer PowerAmp ( https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...ails?id=com.maxmpz.audioplayer&token=TtTjNfBO ).

I've been a PowerAmp user and lover on my Note 4. Of course, I was also able to just stick my music on my SD card and not worry about it. Now, with a lack of expandable storage, I am going to try and rely more on Google Play Music for streaming. (When my 6P actually shows up that is. I didn't order until 10/26, so I may have a month or so of waiting)
