My 5.1.1 tablet has no reception an the WiFi keeps cutting out

I got a request to update my tablet an ever since iv had no cell reception the WiFi keeps cutting in and out keeps coming up on screen google or youtube not responding and in general not working properly since i did the update is there any way to undo update or anything to help wull be appreciated

Reverting to an earlier OS version cannot, or at least cannot easily, be done.

Welcome to Android Central! Which tablet? It would be highly unusual for a tablet old enough to still be on Android 5.1.1 to get a system update. Are you certain this was an official system update? How did you receive it?
